Our requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

- Basic knowledge of SOQL and data reading from the database
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Your responsibilities
- Owning the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
- Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy
- Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
- Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives

We are looking for someone who can view a product holistically, from strategy and roadmap planning, through backlog management, to delivering improvements and creating a positive user experience.
While Salesforce knowledge is important, this is not a hands-on development or platform administration role. The key focus is on identifying business needs and effectively leveraging Salesforce capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.
