Our requirements

  • Minimum five years of professional experience in data engineering, Salesforce development or related roles.
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, ingestion and real-time processing.
  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT processes and cloud data architectures.
  • Experience with SQL, scripting languages and data transformation tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security practices and compliance requirements in enterprise environments; experience in the energy supply industry is an advantage.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Optional

  • German language.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures that integrate with CRM, billing and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop data models, ingestion pipelines and transformations to ensure high-quality, accessible data for analytics and operational use.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, data lineage and solution diagrams.
  • Build and optimize performance of queries, segmentations and real-time data streams within the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, security and compliance relevant to the energy sector.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing and mentoring of less experienced colleagues.
