Our requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Interest in developing expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals such as governor limits, security models, and development best practices, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear English communication.
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to receive feedback, and ownership of delivered work.
- Interest in using AI both as a software development tool and as part of technology solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Develop new features across Salesforce-based applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and improve it through reviews and feedback.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through testing and delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Professional Services teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development practices.
- Participate in the rotating on-calls, providing out-of-hours support and responding to incidents as required.
