Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect (f/m/x)

Our requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing end-to-end SFMC solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Understanding of key SFMC components, such as data model, data extensions, journeys, automation, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution
• Experience with integrations between SFMC and external systems (e.g., CRM, APIs, middleware, data platforms)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical solutions
• Confidence in presenting, explaining, and defending technical designs to Architects and senior stakeholders
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cross-domain dependencies
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Fluency in English
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery

Your responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business and technical requirements
• Translate business, marketing, and data requirements into clear technical designs and implementation guidelines
• Design solution components such as data models, customer journeys, automation flows, segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Define and design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems (e.g., CRM, data platforms, APIs)
• Present, justify, and defend proposed solutions in front of Architects and technical stakeholders across domains
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, data, and technical stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs within solution designs and propose mitigation approaches
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in terms of performance, scalability, maintainability, and security
• Participate in design reviews and architectural governance processes
• Support delivery teams during implementation to ensure alignment with the target solution design
