About the project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Architect/Business Analyst with expertise in Solman and SAP Solution Manager. This position involves remote work on international projects, providing you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing SAP architecture solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing and administering SAP systems with a focus on monitoring, incident, and problem management.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of the Charm process and audit to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
  • Providing expert guidance and support in IT Service Management, facilitating effective team collaboration and management.
  • Continuously evaluating and optimizing SAP solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP Architect/Business Analyst with a focus on Solman and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of the Charm process and audit procedures.
  • Basic understanding of SAP monitoring and administration.
  • Strong expertise in Incident and Problem Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of commitment and motivation to work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
  • Advanced analytical and organizational abilities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in IT Service Management.
  • Effective team collaboration and management skills.
