Our requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba support or similar procurement platforms
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes, combined with practical experience with SAP Ariba
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Basic knowledge of system integrations and the ability to analyze issues related to applications, data, and interfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams
- Very good command of Polish and English
- Residency in Poland
- Availability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the Warsaw office
Optional
- Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry
- SAP Ariba and/or SAP certifications
- Experience working in a global, diverse, and multicultural environment
Your responsibilities
- Providing L2 support for SAP Ariba, particularly across Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle
- Analyzing and resolving functional and basic technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and recommending permanent solutions
- Monitoring system performance, job failures, interfaces, and integrations, as well as escalating complex incidents to L3 support and SAP
- Supporting user access, roles, and master data updates, including supplier/vendor data and catalog enablement
- Participating in SIT/UAT testing, minor enhancements, patches, and releases, as well as troubleshooting configuration-related issues
- Collaborating with business and technology teams and maintaining knowledge base articles, documentation, and standard operating procedures
