Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with ERP system in a business or consulting environment (S/4Hana experience strongly preferred)
  • 7 years of experience working in supply chain in a manufacturing environment required
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end functionality of production process and SAP modules (WM, TM, OTC, PP, PPDS, IBP) required.
  • Deep understanding of ERP end to end solutions (SAP S4-Hana knowledge would be a strong plus)
  • Understanding of business processes and how they align with ERP (SAP) functionality. Understanding EDI processes knowledge of is a strong plus.
  • Ability to cope with complex tasks - analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience in Project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of self-motivation to make things happen in a new environment
  • Ability to work individually and autonomously

Your responsibilities

The SAP Business Expert will ensure the smooth execution and optimization of SAP processes within Supply Chain, acting as the primary contact for SAP users, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting system issues, and driving practical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
* Solve operational issues related to daily business in ERP and IT systems and ensure quick resolution of SAP-related problems.
* Serve as the main point of contact for local SAP users and collaborate closely with the Global SAP BEX and Master Data teams.
* Implement company-wide and business-unit SAP requirements at the site level, ensuring process harmonization and compliance.
* Manage tickets in ServiceNow in cooperation with external vendors to improve response time.
* Support SAP-related documentation, process descriptions, and provide training as needed.
* Translate business needs into SAP technical requirements and support activities such as projects, user acceptance testing, and change requests.
* Expertise in end-to-end functionality of production process and SAP modules (WM, TM, OTC, PP, PPDS, IBP)
* Monitor SAP system performance and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency.
Stay informed about SAP updates and suggest relevant enhancements that bring value to day-to-day operations.
This role requires strong operational expertise in SAP combined with the ability to work with global teams to ensure standardized and efficient processes across the organization.
