- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in SAP FICO support projects.
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end support, upgrade, or optimization initiatives.
- Proficiency in system configuration based on Solution Design, Configuration Workbooks, or Business Blueprint documentation.
- Knowledge of business processes in finance and controling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in international environments.
- Proficiency in English (min. B2) and Polish
Your responsibilities
- Participation in the maintenance and development of the system in the post-implementation phase
- Handling current system user requests in accordance with ITIL best practises (incidents, change requests)
- Cooperation with the project team involved in the implementation of project task
- Ongoing cooperation with the Client in all phases
- Preparation of the necessary project documentation
