Our requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the SAP environment, particularly with SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP ME
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, production engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent, structured approach to work
  • High customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills in an international environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and shopfloor processes, along with experience in SAP interfaces (IDoc, OData, REST, APIs)
  • Programming experience in Java and JavaScript within the interface environment
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP, SQL, or system integration is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Intermediate level of German

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the stable operation of SAP Digital Manufacturing and providing ongoing support
  • Analyzing and resolving issues within the production environment
  • Monitoring interfaces between SAP ERP/S/4HANA and SAP DM
  • Supporting key users and production employees with system-related inquiries
  • Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency
  • Implementing production and logistics requirements within the SAP DM environment
  • Creating functional concepts and proposing solutions for process improvements
  • Managing the integration between SAP DM, S/4HANA, and shopfloor systems
  • Analyzing IDoc, API, and communication errors to ensure seamless operations
  • Participating in digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects, managing external service providers and SAP consultants
