SAP Functional Architect (S/4 Hana Transformation)

Our requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP implementations, including at least one full end‑to‑end rollout (from design through testing to go‑live) and deep functional expertise across multiple SAP modules.
• Proven experience in leading S/4HANA transformation projects from blueprint to go-live.
• Strong understanding of E2E business processes and their mapping in SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additionally, knowledge of German is a strong plus).
• Ability to work in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.

Optional

• Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.
• German language proficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and architecture of S/4HANA transformation projects across all core modules (F2M, D2S, P2P, H2R etc.).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Define project scope, process flows, and system configurations in alignment with SAP best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on functional and technical aspects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide functional consultants across modules to ensure quality delivery and knowledge growth.
