- Good knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA (preferably in the Master Data environment).
- Analyze data from multiple sources and provide recommendations to management for improving MD quality across the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support understanding of data standards, data management, and control processes.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and problem solver.
- Familiarity and good working experience with SAP Master Data, particularly Materials, BOMs, Master Recipes, Production Versions, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues, and formulate recommendations.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
- Attention to detail and quality.
Your responsibilities
- High-quality maintenance, analysis, and cleansing of customer, vendor, and employee master data in ERP systems.
- Managing, maintaining, and cleansing master data for customers, vendors, employees, and materials in SAP and MDM tools.
- Overseeing data quality, driving data migration, and supporting ongoing transformation projects.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Finance, R&D, and IT.
- Analyzing data, resolving SLA tickets, and providing process consultancy to key stakeholders.
