Our requirements
- Strong SAP PM expertise gained within manufacturing environments,
- Experience in SAP PM configuration and optimisation,
- Good understanding of SAP MM/QM and maintenance-related procurement processes,
- Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation programmes,
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA,
- Strong business analysis skills and stakeholder management capabilities,
- Ability to work across multiple business functions and countries,
- Fluent English communication skills,
- SAP QM knowledge would be considered an advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions across international manufacturing sites,
- Drive maintenance and asset management process improvements within SAP,
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define future-state maintenance processes,
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP PM and SAP MM solutions,
- Review and challenge functional solution designs delivered by implementation partners,
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including workshops, testing and deployments,
- Ensure alignment between maintenance operations, spare parts management and procurement processes,
- Facilitate collaboration between business users, IT teams and external vendors,
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape,
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
