- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile) and SAP certifications
- Extensive experience in ERP, including leadership of global transformation programs
- Proven track record of delivering multiple SAP S/4HANA full lifecycle implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, integrations, and legacy ERP migration
- Experience managing large-scale program budgets and global delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills across all organizational levels
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, Pharma) and Manufacturing/SCM environments
- Familiarity with data governance, analytics, AI operating models (nice to have)
- Experience with SAP cloud environments, particularly RISE and Azure
- Ability to lead complex organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
- Experience working in global, culturally diverse environments with high adaptability
Your responsibilities
- Lead global, matrixed delivery teams across multiple workstreams to ensure coordinated execution
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Establish and govern program structures, including steering committees, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
- Ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP S/4HANA across functional areas (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Manufacturing, Commercial)
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support
- Drive alignment of future-state business processes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and SAP partners, ensuring accountability and value delivery
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies
- Monitor and control program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial risk management
