SAP SD Senior Consultant

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, ideally within an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in incident resolution, change request management, and functional specifications.
• Understanding of integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned SAP processes.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required (up to approximately 30%).

Optional

• SAP CS (Customer Service) knowledge.
• Basic ABAP debugging skills and the ability to analyze technical issues together with developers.
• Experience with SAP implementation projects, rollouts, or migrations.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or other complex international business environments.

Your responsibilities

• Take functional ownership of SAP SD processes within an international SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Provide advanced functional support (3rd level), including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex incidents.
• Analyze business requirements and change requests, translating them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP SD configuration and customizing to support business processes.
• Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and related integrations.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, rollouts, system enhancements, and process standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure integration between SD and related modules.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and support key-user training.
• Work with external implementation partners and internal development teams to deliver system improvements.
