About the project
Our client is a well-recognised entity in the Technology industry.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and implement SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Compensation module
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain documentation for all implemented solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
Our requirements
- A successful SAP SuccessFactors Consultant should have:
- Proficiency in managing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Compensation module
- At least 1 full implementation cycle in SAP SuccessFactors
- Good project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
