Your responsibilities

• Extending and pushing the limits of Scala and JVM to create a high-efficiency framework, used by 1000+ engineers worldwide.
• Solving complex concurrent computing, graph processing, and compiler-related problems.
• Optimizing performance at both the runtime and compilation level Close collaboration with internal tooling teams

Our requirements

• Strong proficiency in Scala and its ecosystem, or extensive experience with low-level JVM internals and high-performance Java development.
• Hands-on experience with compile-time or metaprogramming: Scala macros, compiler plugins, annotation providers in Java, or bytecode manipulation.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization
• Practical experience solving graph algorithms and concurrency challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing technical excellence with real-world constraints.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
• Good command of English (B2/C1).
