Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT or engineering teams.
  • Practical knowledge of SAFe.
  • A servant-leadership mindset and confidence in guiding teams through change.
  • Experience building and supporting self-organising teams.
  • Understanding of software development processes and delivery practices.
  • Previous technical experience or close cooperation with technical teams.
  • Proven experience implementing organisational or process improvements.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Optional

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Leadership experience, e.g. as a Team Lead or Product Owner.
  • Knowledge of critical-thinking methods.

Your responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor sprint progress and support teams in achieving delivery goals.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies and support continuous improvement.
  • Help teams solve day-to-day challenges and improve their ways of working.
  • Support the implementation of process and organisational changes.
  • Identify, assess and manage delivery risks together with development teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and help teams become more self-organising.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
