Our requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams.
- Expertise in Agile practices, techniques, and tools, including backlog management, burndown metrics, retrospectives, and defect management.
- Experience managing custom software development and/or digital product projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity environments and DevSecOps practices is a plus.

- Product Owner experience.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coach a Scrum team to apply Agile principles for sprint execution and delivery.
- Facilitate internal communication, meetings, and effective decision-making processes.
- Ensure collaboration using appropriate Agile tools; track delivery progress and manage dependency risks.
- Inspire continuous improvement in Scrum practices and team performance.
- Foster transparency, motivation, and accountability within the team.
- Work with Product Owners to refine and manage backlogs and priorities.
- Coordinate across teams (Scrum of Scrums) to meet Cybersecurity delivery objectives.
