Our requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for development teams
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to identify and remove team impediments effectively
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and Kanban methodology
- Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
- Higher education (preferable in technical or business field)

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Your responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach development teams in Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Remove impediments and enable team productivity
- Foster collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
- Track team metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
- Promote self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
- Work with multiple teams on both international and domestic projects
