Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT security, technical support or systems administration
- Experience with endpoint security, EDR, antivirus or identity security solutions
- Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and cloud technologies
- Understanding of networking and security fundamentals
- Experience supporting enterprise environments
- Good English communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Defender security products would be an advantage
- Availability to start at short notice
Your responsibilities
- Troubleshoot security, endpoint and infrastructure issues
- Analyse logs, alerts and incidents and identify root causes
- Support deployment and configuration of security solutions
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with technical teams on complex incidents
- Create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks
