- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Strong Python and PySpark skills
- Experience with dbt and Airflow
- Solid understanding of AWS/GCP and Terraform
- Experience building production-grade data platforms end-to-end
- Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 is a strong plus
Optional
- Experience working in AI/ML environments
- Familiarity with Great Expectations, Cosmos, or Iceberg
- Experience with near real-time or streaming architectures
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-based data platforms
- Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines
- Develop solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Airflow
- Optimize SQL performance and large-scale data processing workflows
- Drive DataOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices
- Implement data quality, monitoring, and observability frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, AI, and Product teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within the team
