Our requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in AI, machine learning, or data engineering
- Proven knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure ecosystem services
- Practical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions, including context search, vectorization, and knowledge base integration
- Solid programming background, preferably in Java or similar languages, with understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes
- Ability to prototype quickly, validate hypotheses, and operate efficiently in experimental R&D environments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and SonarQube
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy in analysis, and effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
Optional
- Experience with knowledge retrieval solutions such as RAG, embeddings, and knowledge base integration
- Skills in cloud automation, Terraform, or CloudFormation
