Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI engineering, or related fields
- Practical experience with agent configuration and GenAI-assisted analytics, building analytical solutions that allow users to ask natural-language questions about enterprise data
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex, Cortex Agents, and Cortex Analyst
- Understanding of Snowflake data, security, and access-control concepts
- Ability to understand semantic models, business metrics, and relationships between data entities
- Experience evaluating GenAI outputs and systematically identifying quality gaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Understanding of agent observability, evaluation metrics, automated testing, and cost monitoring
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Optional
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, and vector search, and grounding techniques
