- 5+ years in IT, with strong experience in AI and/or Machine Learning solution development.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLM models.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Knowledge of production deployment practices and AI integration patterns.
- Familiarity with security standards and data protection principles.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and Polish (required)
Optional
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure Databricks.
- Background in MLOps lifecycle and agent-based AI solutions.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance).
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.
- Build and integrate AI components into business applications.
- Develop robust prototypes and production-ready implementations in Python.
- Collaborate with data teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver AI innovation.
- Ensure quality and security controls, including governance and compliance standards.
- Document designs and perform QA/testing for reliability and performance.
