Senior AI Integration Manager

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in AI project management, technical evaluation, or integration within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AI models, applications, and related cybersecurity considerations.
• Proven experience working with AI or machine learning technologies, especially in banking or finance sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management abilities, capable of driving initiatives to successful completion.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

Optional

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience managing AI governance in banking or financial institutions.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including cyber, legal, hosting committees, model risk, and governance forums to ensure AI integration complies with bank policies and regulations.
• Obtain necessary approvals for AI technology deployment, managing complex approval workflows.
• Engage with vendors, procurement, and legal teams to negotiate contracts and align on commercial terms.
• Manage higher-level risks associated with Generative AI, focusing on IP infringement and protection strategies.
• Design and execute communication strategies to enable and promote AI coding assistant integration across engineering teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, upcoming initiatives, and benefits, fostering engagement within the engineering community.
• Collect feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve integration and governance processes.
• Identify opportunities for technical and process enhancements, implementing best practices to optimize workflows.
