Senior AI/ML Software Engineer – Language Models & Cloud Platforms

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML software development, with a focus on language models and NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python (3+ years) and Java.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Langchain, SpringDat, and knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, vector, and key-value stores (Redis).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, observability, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build).
• Practical experience working with LLM architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP), deep learning, NLP, and machine learning principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent level).

Optional

• Experience with TDD, BDD.
• Understanding of domain-specific applications of large language models.

Your responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs for credit and lending use cases.
• Develop and implement sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases to derive insights from complex financial data.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from problem discovery and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
• Apply AI best practices to promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to align technical development with strategic goals.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality, reusable code utilizing cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.
• Co-author technical solution architectures and oversee product operation in production environments.
