DIVA is a global identity validation & authentication service that provides any market with the ability to verify a person’s identity, via an API integration, powered by a selection of third-party vendors, delivering real time identity and anti-impersonation checks as part of a digital journey.
DIVA allows a customer to capture their government issued identity document (including passport, driver’s license, national ID card) and the service will verify the document’s authenticity. The customer then captures a selfie, and the service will complete a facial recognition authentication match to confirm the individual is who they say they are.
The work of the HSBC Digital teams includes developing new mobile apps and online experiences; using digital messaging to enhance our customer relationships; building and improving the underlying technology and security platforms; and innovating our propositions to compete effectively in a mobile, data-driven world.
You will be part of a cross functional and very autonomous team transforming our digital capabilities. Driving innovation, delivering products in ever shortening cycles and helping to drive the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling and engineering practices.
