Our requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML research and application, preferably in financial or high-tech industries.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Expertise in natural language processing, deep learning, and time series analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Optional
- Experience working within financial markets, including equities or fixed income.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks or active community involvement.
