- Strong commercial experience with Node.js backend development
- Very good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems
- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS services, security, logging, and error handling
- Solid SQL knowledge, including database schema design and optimization (MySQL preferred)
- Experience with MongoDB/Mongoose
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- English level allowing communication in an international environment

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs

- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of the platform
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
- Support less experienced team members and promote best practices
