Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and working closely with Product Owners or delivery-focused teams
  • Hands-on SQL knowledge and experience working with data-intensive systems and platforms
  • Experience with API integrations, data migration, transformation, or large-scale implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning
  • Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and stakeholders

Optional

  • Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or other enterprise search solutions
  • Previous work with AI-powered solutions, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, AI agents, or related emerging technologies
