  • Previous working experience as an IT Business Analyst for 4 years
  • MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fields
  • Knowledge of BPMN or UML , in terms of process modeling
  • Familiar with microservices architecture and REST API
  • Database understanding (SQL skills)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Previous experience working in SCRUM team
  • Creative thinker
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in English

Your responsibilities

  • Performing business-system oriented requirements analysis and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Documentation of business requirements and end-to-end process for analyzed changes, with attention to impacted system areas
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure common understanding of proposed solutions
  • Working closely with Product Owner to help maintaining quality of tasks, according to standard set.
  • Close cooperation with other teams to deliver distributed functionality
  • Helping ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Identifying potential improvements and optimizations across the system

Your job will be to develop a part of a global, distributed system that serves data capabilities to the hospitality industry. The independent data processing platform integrates, collects, harmonizes, and analyzes different data sources to provide holistic data perspective for Shiji Customers.
