Our requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and writing user stories for technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose viable solutions proactively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Optional
- Experience with workload automation tools (Control-M) will be a strong advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to understand business objectives and define user requirements.
- Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to inform decisions and assess project feasibility and impact.
- Document user needs and translate them into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams.
- Create visual models (process maps, flowcharts) for current and future workflows.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to gather comprehensive requirements.
- Draft and maintain high-quality documentation such as BRDs, Functional Specification Documents, and user stories.
- Recommend continuous process improvements and collaborate across teams to eliminate inefficiencies.
