- A minimum of 2 years of experience within Markets and Securities Services, with strong technical and operational understanding.
- Hands-on project delivery experience related to data quality, governance, and data lineage.
- Solid knowledge of Global Market Products and behaviors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities
- Understand the FX position process within Product Control and collaborate with Traded Risk to optimize data sharing.
- Analyze P&L Explain data exceptions, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Improve governance and accuracy of adjustments made by Product Control by examining root causes and enhancing data quality.
- Develop advanced tooling to visualize and streamline adjustment review routines.
- Manage data exception resolution by defining requirements, coordinating stakeholder solutions, and supporting testing and go-live activities.
- Produce high-quality project analysis supporting the Product Control Change management team.
- Ensure all documentation complies with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF).
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Product Control teams to gather requirements, assess estimations, and deliver impactful solutions.
