- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in an analytical or marketing environment.
- Hands-on expertise with SAS (such as SAS CI, SAS EG) or Adobe AEP / Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a collaborative setting.
- Fluency in Polish, with good command of English.
