- Advanced level of English
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and/or retail/store systems
- Excellent analytical thinking, requirements gathering, and business documentation skills
- Ability to travel to France approximately twice per quarter

Your responsibilities
- Analyze current in-store systems and business processes, identifying areas that extend beyond standard retail operations
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and functional needs
- Define process boundaries, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with French-speaking stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions with business teams
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Participate in business trips to France to engage with local teams and support project activities
- Support ERP implementation activities, including solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment
About the project
