  • At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing IT systems in public sector organizations;
  • Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement;
  • You are interested in the public sector and the changes taking place within it;
  • You are familiar with current market trends such as Digitalization, E-Governance, and Data-Driven Decision Making;
  • You excel in building relationships with people, are communicative, and find satisfaction in helping public sector partners and gaining their attention for your ideas and services;
  • Strong command of German and English;
  • You possess excellent analytical thinking skills - you can analyze processes, situations, and problems in a structured way and propose solutions, focusing on the business goals of your activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Working as an independent consultant and advising our clients from the public sector in the process of digital transformation, digitization, and implementation of regulatory requirements;
  • Multi-aspect analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes, organizational structures, and clients' IT environments, as well as defining appropriate IT solutions;
  • Preparing concepts, planning, and supporting the implementation of prepared solutions. • Conducting presentations and workshops with clients;
  • Co-creating offers for clients;
  • Supporting our clients in key processes in the public sector, including compliance with regulations, policy implementation, and public service delivery;
  • Implementing innovative trends in the public sector such as e-governance, digital public services, and data-driven decision-making;
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants and leading small consulting teams.

Your Project
Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department is a team of business analysts, IT architects and project managers, who support our clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations in their business. We create a bridge between business objectives and the world of IT solutions that can help to achieve them. We’re striving to understand client’s business, current and future challenges, as well as their IT environment. We then propose, design, plan and help to implement new technological solutions or changes in the current IT landscape to improve or transform relevant business processes. We often define requirements for new IT projects that are later implemented by other Capgemini units or external partners.
We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk!
