- Master's or university degree
- Experience in product development, business analytics, and/or project management, preferably in the energy market and mass market products
- Open-minded critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business analytics, defining business requirements for systems, developing processes, and testing new functionalities
- Attention to detail and strong documentation management skills
- Strong prioritization skills to focus on impactful business tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Advanced in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft BI (user level)
- Proficiency in Polish and English
Your responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends in electricity and gas products for small and medium-sized enterprises (B2B)
- Adapt product offerings and operational processes accordingly changes in energy legislation and regulatory requirements
- Manage the go-to-market process—from concept through market launch—using project management methodology, with particular emphasis on preparing high-quality internal and external product documentation
- Optimize operational processes linked to product delivery and management
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales, support, and back-office teams to ensure comprehensive product competency across the organization
- Provide comprehensive product support to back-office teams, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to execute effectively
- Actively participate in strategic initiatives related to business development, customer satisfaction, IT infrastructure, and other key business areas
- Collaborate closely with other business units, such as the Pricing & Hedging Team, Business Intelligence Team, and others
