Our requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst or in a similar IT role.
- Strong experience gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience performing data analysis.
- Knowledge of UML notation or BPMN.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience creating User Stories, Use Cases, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and forward-thinking skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and issues.
Optional
- Experience working on financial, accounting, or leasing-related projects.
- Knowledge of leasing processes, compliance, and financial services.
- Experience designing web applications or IT system architectures.
- Experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
- Familiarity with CASE tools such as Enterprise Architect and Azure DevOps.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, system administrators, and external software vendors.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading company in the leasing industry, on the development and enhancement of business-critical IT systems supporting financial and leasing operations. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. Working with developers, testers, system administrators, and external software vendors, you will analyze business processes, design IT solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives, system architecture, and technical constraints.
