Our requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment
- Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects for companies in the insurance sector
- Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
- Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
- Open to work from the office 3 times a week
- Residing in Poland required
Optional
- Prosci or ADKAR certification or similar
- Experience in transformations related to core system implementations
- Knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Familiarity with Guidewire or EIS

- Driving the change management workstream using a recognized methodology
- Contributing to the development of communication strategies for transition initiatives
- Crafting content and guiding creative execution to deliver impactful, targeted messaging
- Establishing and overseeing communication channels to ensure audience-specific engagement
- Monitoring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
- Ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organization
