- Minimum 4 years of experience working with various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including hands‑on implementation and application support.
- Strong background in analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR business processes within SuccessFactors.
- Experience managing or contributing to SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications, ideally in multiple modules.
- Very good command of English or German (proficiency in both is a strong asset).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Your responsibilities
