- completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field;
- minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Consultant, with expertise in modules such as HRIS, LMS, or Performance Appraisal;
- strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, with a focus on Workday;
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative mindset;
- excellent communication skills in English.
Your responsibilities
- providing guidance on the Workday platform and play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Workday-based solutions (this involves preparing and leading workshops, configuring and testing solutions, and managing various routine tasks within this context);
- assist clients in optimizing their processes in Workday and provide proposals for improvements;
- conducting training sessions and offer support in processes and functions;
- together with the team, identifying and solving technical problems.
