Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, content governance, and digital content management.
  • Strong knowledge of web content best practices, including SEO, accessibility, UX, and content design.
  • Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and leading complex content initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and modern content management practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and effectively prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Define content standards, governance processes, workflows, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and maintain content governance policies covering the entire content lifecycle, including review, approval, maintenance, and archiving.
  • Continuously improve content quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver content initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Design and implement scalable content structures within the CMS environment.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on content governance and content management.
  • Monitor content performance and analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the complete content lifecycle, from planning and creation through maintenance, optimization, and retirement.
  • Promote a data-driven approach to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Manage and optimize content processes within a headless CMS environment.
  • Maintain content models, taxonomy, and metadata standards to enable content reuse and scalability.
  • Conduct regular audits of content governance processes and CMS usage.
  • Support the implementation of new digital platforms while ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless CMS integration and platform performance.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and training for content authors and business users.
