Our requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in technical integration, transformation, project management, or program management roles.
- Strong background in Cybersecurity and IT Integration, gained within large, complex international financial organizations.
- Solid understanding of the relationship between IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, with hands-on knowledge of at least three cybersecurity domains/capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of NIST, ITSM, and IT risk management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English.
Optional
- Experience implementing end-to-end cybersecurity tools and solutions.
- Exposure to AI Security initiatives.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to gain buy-in across complex organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cybersecurity integration and transformation initiatives in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Manage multiple technical integration projects while ensuring timely delivery, transparency, and effective risk management.
- Contribute to shaping new operating models, governance, and ways of working within the CISO organization.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
- Prepare and present clear progress reports, project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across multiple organizational units.
