Our requirements
- A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in analytical or strategic roles, business consulting (Big 4, MBB), or Market Intelligence.
- Ability to work with large datasets, extract business essence, and think critically (hypothesis verification).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Experience with SQL/Python will be a strong asset.
- Strong data storytelling abilities and fluency in both spoken and written English (working in an international environment).
- High proactivity in searching for data and solutions (a "can-do attitude"), along with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (C1).
Your responsibilities
- Monitoring and reporting on market share and the financial performance of key e-commerce players (Allegro vs. the market).
- Leading and supporting deep-dive projects into specific product categories (e.g., Electronics, Health) to identify growth barriers and new business opportunities.
- Developing and refining econometric/regression models that link external factors (macroeconomics, inflation, consumer spending) with GMV forecasts.
- Synthesizing data from various sources (Euromonitor, Nielsen, IQVIA, GUS/Statistics Poland) to understand the evolution of Polish consumer buying behavior.
- Preparing professional presentation materials (slide decks) for Executive Team (ET) meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Collaborating with external market data providers, ensuring the quality of delivered insights, and overseeing their proper interpretation within the organization.
