- at least 6+ years of professional experience in a Data Engineer role
- Strong Python skills
- Hands-on experience with Airflow or Dagster (open source & administration)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with modern data stack tools: Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran or similar
- Fluent English - you'll be working with international teams and clients
Your responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT processes in Python
- Orchestrating and monitoring data pipelines using tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or similar
- Ensuring high data quality across pipelines and data products
- Working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP depending on the project)
- Integrating and managing data sources using tools such as Fivetran or similar
- Transforming and modeling data using dbt and Snowflake
- Optimizing query performance and data workflows
- Collaborating with analytics and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that actually get used
- Contributing to architectural decisions and data platform improvements
