- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and large-scale data warehousing solutions.
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of banking data, particularly in Balance Sheet Management, Stress Testing, Treasury and Liquidity, Finance and Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, and Capital Adequacy Frameworks.
- Proven ability to perform complex data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and aggregation across multiple source systems.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and translation of business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data preparation for analytical models.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements impacting banking data landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with EBA, ECB, Basel, ICAAP, ILAAP, IRRBB, or other regulatory stress testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Data Vault, dimensional modeling, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and modern data engineering technologies
- Analyze and interpret banking business requirements related to Balance Sheet Stress Testing, scenario analysis, capital adequacy, liquidity, and risk management processes
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, finance, treasury, risk, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of business logic
- Build and optimize data warehousing solutions supporting large-scale aggregation, transformation, and reporting of financial data
- Develop robust data models enabling stress testing simulations, statistical analysis, and management reporting
- Ensure high standards of data quality, reconciliation, lineage, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Support data preparation and provisioning for downstream analytical, reporting, and regulatory consumption layers
- Drive performance optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of data platforms and data processing frameworks
