- Extensive experience in data modelling and solution design
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases
- Good programming skills in Python
- Experience with data integration, transformation and data mapping across multiple systems

- Experience ensuring data quality, consistency and governance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating their requirements into technical solutions

Your responsibilities
- Design and maintain data models supporting credit and financial data processes
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Define and manage data mappings between multiple systems to ensure accurate data integration and transformation
- Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability and auditability across the solution landscape
- Work with business stakeholders, architects and development teams on end-to-end solution design
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and functional specifications
- Support process optimisation and automation using AI-assisted tools
- Take part in solution implementation, testing and continuous improvement
About the project
We are currently looking for a Senior Data Modeller (Python) to join the team of our client from the banking sector. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.
You will design and maintain data models for credit and financial data processes, define data mappings across multiple systems, and work closely with business stakeholders, architects and developers on end-to-end solution design.
Key Details:
Rate: up to 150 PLN/h net + VAT
Work Model: B2B contract, full-time (40 h/week), hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw
Language: Fluent English
