Our requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in data roles, including SQL development, data analysis, data engineering, and data management.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL programming and relational database systems.
- Strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in Polish.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to deliver results independently.
Optional
- Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
- Certifications or experience related to cloud technologies or data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery and DataStudio — experience with ETL and data warehousing principles.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data projects, including developing performance KPIs, data models, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and standards.
- Perform data discovery, cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality data assets.
- Match, link, and integrate datasets across multiple sources for comprehensive insights.
- Ensure secure and efficient movement of data from sources to targets within cloud environments.
- Develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards using Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, DataStudio) and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, process logic, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Identify internal process improvements and drive efficiencies within data workflows.
- Document processes thoroughly, creating clear roadmaps and descriptions for team and stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor project progress, manage risks, and facilitate team discussions to ensure timely delivery.
