Our requirements
- Commercial experience with Neural Networks and Deep Learning (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Excellent Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced SQL (BigQuery is a plus).
- Experience building and deploying production ML models end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI and Vertex Pipelines.
- Software engineering mindset (clean code, testing, CI/CD).
- Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives.
- STEM degree or equivalent professional experience.
- English level B2+.
Optional
- Experience with low-latency ML systems.
- Advertising, recommendation or ranking domain knowledge.
- CTR/CVR modeling experience.
- Knowledge of Gradient Boosted Trees.

Your responsibilities
- Design and optimize ML models for CTR, CVR and RoAS prediction.
- Build Deep Learning solutions combining user, product and placement signals.
- Own the full ML lifecycle—from problem definition to production deployment.
- Develop models for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and business teams.
- Mentor other Data Scientists and promote best practices.
