Senior Data Scientist

Our requirements

• Commercial experience with Neural Networks and Deep Learning (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Excellent Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced SQL (BigQuery is a plus).
• Experience building and deploying production ML models end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI and Vertex Pipelines.
• Software engineering mindset (clean code, testing, CI/CD).
• Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives.
• STEM degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English level B2+.

Optional

• Experience with low-latency ML systems.
• Advertising, recommendation or ranking domain knowledge.
• CTR/CVR modeling experience.
• Knowledge of Gradient Boosted Trees.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.

Your responsibilities

• Design and optimize ML models for CTR, CVR and RoAS prediction.
• Build Deep Learning solutions combining user, product and placement signals.
• Own the full ML lifecycle—from problem definition to production deployment.
• Develop models for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and business teams.
• Mentor other Data Scientists and promote best practices.
